Architectural BIM Modelling for Residential Houses, Europe

The objective was to develop a 3D Model for 4 Existing Residential Houses in ArchiCAD 25.

The scope of work included working on Architectural discipline in LOD 200. Following are the area of the houses. We also worked on Site and landscaping for the project.

Area of the houses:

1. House 1 – Approx. 408.9 sq.m. (Baarleweg 1 Didam)
2. House 2 – Approx. 250 sq.m. (Karel van Gelderlaan 19A Oosterbeek)
3. House 3 – Approx. 300 sq.m. (Kemperbergerweg 735 Arnhem)
4. House 4 – Approx. 135 sq.m. (Vondellaan 3 Zevenaar)

The following 3D elements were modelled:

• Walls
• Doors
• Windows
• Ceiling
• Floor/Slab
• Staircase and Railing
• Garage
• Openings
• Balconies
• Roof (including roof elements)
