Architectural Scan to BIM, 5 Boling Broke Walk, London

The task was to prepare Architectural Model of LOD 200 (Exterior) and LOD 300 (Exterior + Interior)

This project consisted of creating Architectural Model of LOD 200 and LOD 300 from the scans provided by the client. The initial inputs given by the client consisted of the image of the site with scope marked. The project was completed in short duration of time of 3 working days with 3 architects working on it at a time despite the fact that the cad floor plans and elevations of interiors were provided after our team started working on the project.

The modelling of building of LOD 300 included (Exterior) Wall, doors, windows, roof with soffits, gutters, fasciae, Canopies, Entrance Staircases & Railings, Window trims & aesthetic detailing in the elevations and curtain walls. Whereas the interior modelling of the building included walls, floor, columns & beams, doors, ceilings, Staircase, Railings, Fixed furniture and sanitary fixtures.

We had developed the model in Revit BIM in very less time and the client was contented with our quick and quality work.
