Architectural Scan to Revit Modelling for a Historic Building, Spain

The objective was to develop an Architectural Revit Model at LOD 300 for a historic building in Spain that includes the front exterior façade, interior patio façade, and roof from scans provided by the client.

To develop a LOD 300 3D Revit model of Architectural elements of a Historic building with the help of Scan data. It was a commercial building for which we created the model in Revit 2021. The site area was approximately 1000 square meters. Following are the project details.

Number of floors – Ground Floor + 5 Floors + Roof

Elements to be modelled:

• External Walls (on all sides of the exterior)
• Curtain walls
• Doors
• Windows
• Columns
• Ceiling
• Floor/slab
• Overhangs/Balconies
• Façade details (window trims, wall sweeps, arches, ornamentation)
• Roof & roof elements (chimney, dormer)
• Staircase
• Railing
