The objective of this project was to provide a complete end to end solution for the preconstruction model which was a community centre and commercial building. The scope of work included architectural, structural and MEP Services along with clash resolution.
The St Andrews building which was given to us to model consisted of 8 floors, a basement, and a mezzanine. Since the modelling consisted of all scopes, we completed this project in 3 phases.
- Making Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM Model
- Clash Detection and generating clash reports with clash resolution simultaneously.
- MEP Installation Drawings
The client had given us CAD and PDF files as input. The project was dispatched within 30 working days as scheduled and it took 900 hours to complete this project. MEP model was made specifically for the client to use it at site for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Installations.
