To create 3D BIM models of 18 residential units, by using the specifications provided by the client.
In this residential project, we were required to create Architectural BIM models for 18 residential units on a large site of 9518 square metre in area. We created 3D digital construction models for different topographic surfaces and site elements, including different railings, walls, windows, and floors, using the 2D files provided by our client. The project involved four topologies and required us to model an existing building using parametric designs for each element. Some of the main project attributes were:
