The task was to convert 2D plans from paper to cad and perform Interior modelling, 3D rendering for the villa along with delivering a 3D walk-through.
Interior Modelling, 3D Rendering Services and Walk-Through Services were performed for the Lucretia Villa. The villa consisted of ground and first floor. We had done paper to cad conversions, Architectural 3D modelling and furniture placements along with preparing a VR in the end. The client had given 2D plan which included the furniture markups. The furniture library provided had varied furniture for each room separately where the selection was left on the discretion of Tesla Team.
After modelling was done, the walk-through rendering was kept on bake which was time consuming and took 36 hours. Symmetry and the placement of materials were done accurately as per instructions and the VR was delivered in short turnaround time. The output file looked amazing and the client was really satisfied with Tesla’s work.
The Output delivered was a Sketchup file of the interior modelling along with the VR Walkthrough after completion of the baking process.
