MEP Modelling Services, BIM Coordination and Shop Drawings for Battersea Power Station, UK

The objective of this project was to deliver MEP BIM Modelling and  BIM Coordination with respect to Architectural, Structural, and MEP models along with creating Coordinated Shop Drawings.

Battersea Power Station is a legendary landmark located in London Borough of Wands worth. The power station has been converted into a 7 floor residential apartment where the surroundings have been curated and bought back to life. The most fascinating thing about this building is that the exterior still looks like a power station while the interiors have been transformed and made residential.

This project consisted of MEP BIM Modelling, BIM Coordination, and Shop Drawing creation for the 7 storeyed residential apartment. The MEP model was created at LOD 350. For this, the client had provided us with 3D design model, and equipment schedule. The client had also provided us with the architectural and structural 3D models to carry out BIM coordination after making changes as per recommendation. We created Shop Drawings from the coordinated BIM model.
