Revit BIM Modelling from Scan for a School Building, UK

To create a 3D BIM Model of an Existing School Building in Revit from the scan data received from the client.

For this project, we were required to create a Revit model for the existing school building at LOD 300. The site area was approx. 8800 sqm and the project was required to be done in Revit 2021.

No. of floors: Approx. 4 (2 Blocks – Basement + 3)

• All structural elements visible (walls, columns, slabs, beams, roof, roof elements, floor, stairs, ladders, ramps)
