Scan to BIM, Midori House, London

The task was to create and Architectural 3D Revit Model from the inputs such as scans and pdfs for Midori House in London.

This was a Scan to BIM project of LOD 350 where we had to create an Architectural 3D Revit Model from the scans provided by the client. The building is a commercial space which had shops, cafes, etc.

We had to model the following elements from the scans:

• Walls
• doors
• windows
• floors and slabs
• ceilings
• Columns and beams
• roof
• Staircases and railings
• Curtain walls
• Sanitary fixtures
• Fixed furniture etc.

The turnaround time was very short and the project had to be completed in 2 business days.
