Scan to BIM Modelling for an existing commercial building at LOD 300.

To create a Structural Model of an existing commercial building in LOD 300. The project was divided into three phases;

Phase 1: South (The south part of the building and only from 1st floor to 6th floor)

Area: 3,948 sq.m.

Phase 2: North (Ground & 1st floor of south superstructure, Ground & 2 to 4th floor of North superstructure, External Boundary of neighbor building)

Area: 2,450 sq.m.

Phase 3:  Basement (8 levels of Basement of North & South part of Building)

Area: 10,428 sq. m.
