MEP BIM Coordination, TV Tower Project, London

The task was to design an Architectural, Structural & MEP Revit model for the TVC building along with coordination among all the disciplines. We had to complete the entire building of 7,00,000 square feet consisting of 8 floors above ground + Roof + 2 Basements.

Tesla had executed Architectural, Structural, MEP Modelling, Installation Drawings and MEP Coordination for TVC Tower in London. The TVC building of 8 floors consisted of studios, offices, engineering areas and news centre for which the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing model was designed as per the inputs given by the client.

The task was estimated to be completed within 300 working days as it took 6000 man hours to complete this challenging project. However, the delivery date was rescheduled and we had to complete the whole project within 200 working days with the efforts and dedication of our existing team of experts. We had a team of 20 people working on this model phase wise. The output generated was of exceptional quality which was delivered within a short turnaround time. Tesla eventually won major MEP model project from the same client along with a 20% additional project fees and bonus.
